Accidentally booked the wrong date by a day(sometimes when looking at properties if you hit the back button it will revert dates to a previous booking) and I IMMEDIATELY—as in less than 60 seconds—made them aware and even offered to upgrade the room to make it worth their time, they absolutely refused to work with me in any way, shape, or form. No one I talked to would offer any help besides “we can add an addition day, but we will not refund or move that booking.” If this is the way they conduct business, can’t imagine they are honest in any other ways.

Just the perfect stay!

I will go back to this hotel again and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to London. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a hotel stay to this degree! It checked every box and then some.
