- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.
- Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A ÂŁ100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
- Lock-out Charge: Please take the keys with you when leaving the property or leave them where you have collected them from. A ÂŁ50 charge will be applied for lock-out, and service is restricted outside working hours.
- No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional ÂŁ250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parking: Street parking is available near the property. Ensure you park legally and do not block other vehicles.
- We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic consumables to cover the first couple of days of your stay. This includes items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar. These are intended to make your arrival comfortable and give you time to settle in. However, please note that they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, so we recommend purchasing additional supplies locally as needed.
- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Indoor Shoes/Slippers: To keep the property clean, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.
- Heating: Please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.
