'The space exceeds the photos!' is the comment most used by our guests. We have gone the extra mile in every aspect and look forward to welcoming you... The space is perfect for a get-together, ideal for large groups or families - we're 10 minutes from Turnpike Lane tube station, 15 - 20 minutes to all the top London attractions and you still get to enjoy an idyllic and quiet setting when you want to chill out in the evenings.

A self service continental breakfast is included.

The property has it's own front door and lobby - connecting you to the hallway. Equipped with an alarm, we also have cameras at the front and back of the property for your security.

The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen-diner and private back garden with garden furniture & BBQ. For those with mobility access, the ground floor is perfect.

The first floor includes 3 bedrooms + another bathroom.

The loft includes one huge bedroom, en suite and playroom.

The kitchen includes extra seating, should you need it. We also supply all larder essentials and a continental breakfast which includes:

- Tea, coffee, hot chocolate

- Fresh milk & bread
- Fruit

• Street parking is available, charged at £5 per day per car.

• Fresh bed linen, towels & toiletries are provided free of charge.

• A free self-service continental breakfast is offered to each guest for the duration of your stay. We cater for food intolerances and are happy to top up foods, if you run out.

• Extra cleanings can be arranged upon request

• Excellent location – within 10 minutes of the Piccadilly Line, with a direct connection to all of London’s hot spots & Heathrow airport.

• We very rarely say no (apart from parties which are strictly forbidden). Why not ask the question and we’ll do our best to facilitate…

• And lastly, remember we have 4 houses, all within walking distance of each other so if your group size is larger than 16, just let us know. We can cater for 60+ across all of our homes…


SHOPPING:

- Most tourists love Wood Green High Street as it's 5 minutes from our house and has all the high street stores including Primark, TK MAXX, River Island & H&M...

- For boutique shopping I recommend Crouch End, either 20 minutes walk or take the 41 bus. This is where all the media type & artists live and there are some fabulous and reasonable shops to find real bargains.

PARKS:

There are many parks around. Behind the house you'll find Lordship Park, in additional to Bruce Castle Park, Downhills Park and Belmont.

Finsbury Park is also very close and is great for concerts & events. Trent Park, Clissold Park, Hampstead Heath &/or Highgate are also close.

CINEMA:

There are 2 cinema's, Vue and Cineworld 5 minutes from the house.

SIGHTSEEING:

We're only 20 minutes from central London, so whatever you fancy doing, it's all very accessible.

GETTING AROUND:

Public transport is easy.

Tube: You are 10 minutes from the Piccadilly line tube station which connects you directly to Heathrow or central London.

Bus: You can also catch the 29 bus into central London or Camden from outside of the tube station

Train: We're 10 minutes by bus from Tottenham Hale rail station - which connects to Stansted Airport and Stratford. Similarly you can catch a train from Tottenham Hale to Cambridge and many other locations. Seven Sisters is also local which connects you directly to Liverpool Street which is a central hub.
