Almost everything was amazing regarding our stay at Stylotel. Cleanliness, amenities and the breakfast were all top notch. Front desk reception was also excellent. My only comment would be that the bed was a double which we found to be too small. The room was small so perhaps that dictated the bed size.

Convenient located nearby Paddington station and some major attractions. The hotel manager Andrea was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Breakfast Manager Elaine was very friendly, helpful and She & her team prepared the best Breakfast we have ever experienced. The housekeeper did an excellent job with her daily housekeeping task. Kudos and Great job to Andrea, Elaine, housekeeper and the entire Stylotel Team.

We arrived at this hotel from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line into Paddington, the hotel had sent us an email before this re-assuring us of the various methods of getting there to ease our journey. When we arrived at Paddington the hotel was a quick 5 minute walk away which was pretty straight forward, even with luggage. The receptionist said they were refurbishing the hotel and would we prefer a room that had been refurbished, but was in the basement or a room that had not yet been refurbished, we picked the refurbished room and headed to the basement. the room was clean and looked great but was very small. it had a Nespresso machine for coffee and tea and a fridge. the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice, although it did leak onto the bathroom floor a little. The property does not have a bar, but they do give you a free drink in the pub around the corner which was nice and the pub itself was very friendly. The reception area does have soft drinks for normal prices and the breakfast served was excellent. The staff we met were all very friendly.

Great location at Paddington and great service

We had a lovely warm welcome and a goodbye by the gentleman at reception, everything was clean, lovely breakfast, no complaints. Great location near Paddington and Hyde Park. Used our drinks vouchers at the Aviation Pub the next day.

Excellent location 5 minute walk to Paddington Station. Enjoyed a Sunday roast lunch at Sawyers Arms pub 2 minute walk from hotel. Also enjoyed a great pizza at a restaurant next to the pub. The hotel is located in 2 buildings across the road from each other. Elevator is located inside a bar below our hotel room-unusual but the bartenders were friendly. Full English breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. The staff attending the breakfast room were very helpful. I had a custom egg cooked for me daily and delicious hot chocolate. A hearty breakfast each morning was a great way to start our day of sightseeing! The staff was helpful. The decor is a bit quirky but we weren’t in London to sit in a hotel. Yes the bathroom is small but it met our needs just fine. We had a room with small fridge, microwave, sink, and kettle. All very convenient.

What a super hotel experience. Everyone was so helpful and professional. The staff at the reception desk were top notch, big help on advice for booking a day trip and getting around London. The room was spacious and clean, large towels and a 24 tea/ coffee service always stocked and convenient. The hot and cold breakfast was a great way to start the day, terrific staff there also I will stay there on my next trip to London Thanks again

Enkelt - men bra!

Enkelt men alldeles okej! Vi hade trebäddsrum på 4:e våningen. Lugnt och tyst. Hiss fanns, funkade bra. Litet kylskåp och AC fanns på rummet. Gratis kaffe i receptionen och vattenkokare/te på rummet. Badrummet var ganska litet, men funkade bra och det fanns duschkräm, schampo o balsam. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukost 7-10. Gott om plats och över förväntan vad som erbjöds. Varmt (toast, bacon, korv o. ägg) och kallt (lite olika bröd, ost, skinka, marmelader, yoghurt, flingor) olika juicer, kaffe och te samt frukt. Bra tyckte vi. Läget är också bra, nära Paddington Station och ca 15 min. promenad till Oxford street.
