Lovely stay at Sunborn, such a unique hotel being on a yacht and really enjoyed having a drink on the deck overlooking the O2. The guy that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Great location for the O2 a short walk to the cable cars over. Would highly recommended!

My stay at the Sunborn Hotel was very pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. After upgrading to an upper-floor room with a balcony, the experience became even more enjoyable. I would kindly suggest adding clearer room selection options during booking, such as sea view, balcony, and floor preference, to further enhance guest satisfaction.

Overall it’s quite nice; boat looks good and breakfast is nice, and the staff are very pleasant. The room is the biggest let down: outdated design, and the bathroom is not ventilated at all, and your partner can hear everything you are doing in the bathroom. Not particularly private.

My only issue is that the rooms were a little stuffy, I don’t think the air conditioning made a scrap off difference. The breakfast area was uncomfortably warm and made eating breakfast less pleasurable than it should have been. Great friendly staff though. I would stay again.
