Extremely welcoming, great value.

The hotel was ever so slightly out of the way (but that was why we chose it) but very easy to find and close to three tube stops as well as being just up the road from Borough Market/London Bridge and the fantastic Imperial War Museum. All of the staff were great, it was welcoming and well prepared...never stressful. The simple continental breakfast being included for all guests was a nice touch as were the free drinks and fruit. Would absolutely stay here again.

Last minute decision..

3 night stay our room was like a students room en suite, breakfast fantastic and staff extremely good. Location if you’re ok with walking which we are it’s fine .

Great stay!

Great extras: free water, fruit, cookies in lobby! V courteous and helpful staff. We stayed in twin room. Only thing needed is a clothing hook in room or bathroom. Room was small, no bedside table on one side. Can use window sills in room and bathroom to put things.

very accessible to underground tube and not too far from london center if you like walking. complete essential gadgets,i. e.flat iron with stand, fridge/freezer, kettle etc...are in the room. very frriendly staff and breakfast is very nice. I personally like the shower and toilet room as it's very spacious.

It was centrally located for where we going, bed matress wasnt great, and bed did creak a bit loved the artwork in the hotel, had lots of info you could obtain, overall it wasnt a bad stay
