Hotel super ! Tres tres bien placé. Installation au top : tres bon restaurant. Petite surprise sur le petit dressing dans la chambre (mais rien de bien mechant sauf si vous avez prevu d’y rester une semaine à 2). Tres belle salle de sport et piscine !

Great location, great staff and service. Only thing lacking is decent food and halal options. For example ordered pancakes but they were the thickest pancakes would be good to have a good description advising how thick they are. My child was disappointed. Room was cold again, and found out heating wasn't working so we were given a heater which was fine but shame the heating didn't work. Second time at the hotel and I would highly recommend- location is in the middle of hustle and bustle and great dining options in the surrounding.

Bad check is and experience!

When we arrived to the hotel, wasnt parking possibility at all even on there website was there. Also the check in was at 15:00 but when we arrived they said we have to wait 2 hours because the room wasnt ready. They did not just with us with loads of guests and everyone was sitting in the little lobby and waiting and the lobby was full with crow bevause nobody couldt go to the room. The service was really poor and we never wil go back to this hotel. Never happened with us before we couldt check in on the time and have to wait 2 hours! Also the hotel lobby was like as a market with the loads of guests who was waiting for their room. That was so horrible!!! We sont recommend this hotel!!! The breakfast area was small too. Bad parkiing, bad service, unprofessional absolutly not 5 stars hotel!!!
