Very clean - I don't understand how they can keep it so clean given it's a pet-friendly hotel. Superb location - right next to King Cross St. Pancras! Great shower! Staff are very friendly! What I love the most is they don't charge extra for pet! My doggie and I had a great stay! Thank you, and will come back!

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel was also well located for sightseeing (we walked to the British Museum) and for travel to / from Kings Cross). We also loved finding the Banksy on the side of the building. Perhaps pricier than other options but would stay again as it was such a positive experience.

We had a standard room which was fine but I was expecting more from the Standard (part of the Hyatt) Amenities were basic and everything was chargeable. It’s a basic room and premier inn down the road is the same. The actual hotel is nice but wouldn’t go back to stay in a normal room for the price.

Room was small but comfortable bed. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel but was ok. Restaurant upstairs- food was great but service lacked. Got seated in the worst spot by the clean up area, had to ask to move. Don’t think hotel guests should be treated like that. Music way too loud, it’s like a nightclub. A bit too soho house vibes with wanna be influencers in cheap clothes.
