My stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was wonderful. Douglass Reid and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. I was especially grateful when Nisrine let me know my room was ready early and invited me to pick up my key. After traveling, that small gesture meant so much. The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy. Very centrally located hotel for Convent Garden. Pleasant staff - room was ok, am sure there were nicer rooms within the hotel and perhaps needed some modernisation. Would stay again in the future.

The service was impeccable from pre-check in through to the lovely door staff hailing us a cab and waving us off. My mum is disabled and we couldn't have been better looked after, the room was perfect, we had everything we needed and more.

The room was tired and the balcony doors taped shut and a very loud air conditioning unit installed as the room was oppressively hot at night so you were either awake because of the heat or the noise. A really bad experience.
