Bar staff were not attentive and breakfast was shambolic. They had even run out of bread at one point, food was lukewarm and egg station was beyond slow. I only booked breakfast in morning as nothing around the hotel, I wouldn’t bother next time

London experience

Hotel was great. Breakfast was delicious. Found the city interesting but very congested. A lot of road construction. Can ride from the port was very expensive!!!!! Out in public watch your purse and wallets.

The location was convenient for visits to the Tate. And the person working the concierge desk was very personable and helpful. The food served for dinner was acceptable, but not worth the price. The food served for breakfast was unacceptable. The warm food (sausages, eggs, etc.) was cold, and the cold food was room temperature. The ceiling of the shower in my room was falling off in small chunks. Overall not the experience I expect from a facility with the Hilton name.

Enjoyed the hotel. Good location as we needed to be near Westminster but not close to a tube stop. Nice room. Not huge but well designed to give you space for changing etc Cafe was a bit disappointing as had very limited food on offer but we did not want a full hotel breakfast.

Suite was really nice but some hairs found around the bathroom (in bathtub and sink) and the dark tiles in the bathroom area made the toilet very dark (like a night club?) Breakfast was tasty but again quite dark (possibly due to scaffolding so I can give this a pass) and I ordered some vegetarian sausages and they did not arrive until I asked a member of staff to check with the chef about 20 mins later. Some minor issues but would not expect this for the price I paid. An otherwise pleasant stay though.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was great, and location was convenient to sights, but upon arrival, the toilet had been used and not flushed (yuck). Thank goodness I travel with bleach wipes! At this price, I was very disappointed.
