Went to London to celebrate a very close friend's 60th birthday. The whole stau at th hotel was very memorable.Wonderful front desk staff during check-in and checkout. Night staff very welcoming too. Breakast staff and front desk staff all so lovely friendly and helpful. Choice of self serve continental and full breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee and breakfast juice. Central to Trafalgar Square/ Covent garden. Would definitely stay again. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

The location is good if you want to be in the heart of London. It is quite congested in that area, but close to many sites and easy to get to transportation. The service was lacking at this hotel. The check in staff were very kind and helpful, but we had some rough experiences with the rest of the staff. One example, we asked for a towel as there were three of us and only 2 towels. The woman at the front desk was very bothered that we asked and said she could not deal with that right now. The room was nice and the breakfast was good.
