The room was tiny but extremely clean, good location, but far enough from Buckingham Palace road that’s its quiet and clean. Nearby coffee shops. Not a lot of options for food in the area.
Staff were amazing. Breakfast was worth the add-on. We were treated with amazing customer service and provided with coffee, tea, water and/or cookies midday. The rooms are comfortable for European standards - not too big, but good rooms. The decor is stunning and there are cute little details that you’d only appreciate if you took the time to look, which I did. Every. Day. (5 day stay). Good location. We didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby due to our tours, but one pub. It was excellent for Sunday roast dinner. I would definitely come back.

I never tried the bar offerings but there was tea and coffee in the room. The continental buffet breakfast was not complimentary but it was beautifully served by a friendly and helpful staff in lovely surroundings and was of very high quality … very nicely presented.
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s location near Victoria station and close to many of the must see sights of London made it an easy choice.
The beds were comfy and the staff was kind.
The breakfast was a perfect start for our day.
Couldn’t ask for more.
We’ll be back.
This property is located in the perfect location for tourism. Close to the main train station Victoria. Walking distance to many other attractions.

Good clean and quiet hotel on a nice and quiet street that’s just steps from Victoria station. Amazing location makes it super easy to get around London. Room wasn’t large but was better than we expected and generally well kept. Breakfast was great.
Tophams Hotel was an EXCELLENT choice for our three night London trip. The room is small, but contains everything we needed. The bed and pillows are inviting and encouraged a later wake up than planned. Location couldn’t be better as it sits a short walk from Victoria Station, a tube station with easy access to Heathrow Airport and connects to many tube lines, bus lines and trains. There is a Big Bus stop at the station also (convenient…. But I was very displeased with that service. More to come with my review of items purchased with City pass. We would definitely stay here again!!!
Very nice hotel, friendly staff and walking distance to major transportation and attractions. Our room was a bit warm since the A/C wasn't working properly. We Didn't mind since we opened the windows and let the cool night air in. Continental Breakfast is provided at an additional cost and if you would like something cooked it's at another cost. I would still stay here again it's centrally located and the hotel is lovely.

It appeared clean and in an exceptional location (being near Victoria Station transportation hub). I didn’t have much interaction with staff and they didn’t solicit feedback when I checked out. The room was nice but a bit too tiny to maneuver with convenience. The queen bed was actually a double and the room got too warm at times - so I used a fan. Air conditioning was not functioning.
We had a deluxe double room that is bright and quiet. A short walk from Victoria station, the neighbourhood is very safe and trendy. Following Elbury street to Duke of York Square is a good shopping area and Saatchi gallery is just around the corner .
We booked the hotel due to proximity to Victoria station. All staff we encountered we helpful and polite. The reception lounge areas are really welcoming. Our room was cozy but well presented, good storage and the mini fridge was big enough to chill our wine. Complimentary water. The bed was comfortable, great shower. Would recommend and stay again.
Hotel in general was okay. Purchased breakfast was good but limited in selection. Take note that standard double room is quite tiny with narrow steps down to the bathroom. Air conditioning was a bit challenging. On the upside, very convenient to the trains / tube and walkable to many major attractions. Would stay again but with a larger room.
