Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Tophams Hotel. The location was excellent, many great cafes and shopping in the area and very near to public transit. The room was on the small side, but wonder if that’s due to having a small staircase in it to lead to the bathroom (if it was all one level, would have been a good size). Additionally, the TV capabilities in the room were a little dated. Otherwise, a great stay and helpful staff.
Location is very convenient, a few minutes from Victoria Station. Great pubs around and other restaurants and shops. We had a ground floor room facing the street, fairly quiet considering the proximity to the street. Reception staff were very friendly
Nice small hotel in a quiet area. Convenient to Victoria Station, good pubs and restaurants. The rooms are small by American standards, but still comfortable. Really liked the location. Great staff!!!
A lovely room, quality toiletries, nice biscuits with ample supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful, the area quiet and felt safe. We would return. It was convenient for the theatre we were attending and close to the train station.
Love this hotel! Lovely, accommodating staff. Beautiful lobby with fresh baked cookies. Super clean. Abundant hot water for a perfect refresh after traveling. Our bathroom was down a few small steps. Loved the quirkiness!
Small boutique hotel, room was small but comfortable. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was good. The location was wonderful, walkable to many sites and many options for food and shopping.
I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!
