Really fun stay

Stairway to the bedrooms is steep but fine if used with caution. Ferry from Portland doesn't accommodate vehicles so golf cart rental is essential and adds to the island adventure for sure.

As an active couple we work out each day and were excited to know this property has a washer/dryer for our workout clothes. Upon arrival there are notes that the laundry is only to be used 1 time if you are staying at least 7 days. Had we known this prior to arrival we might have packed differently.
If you arrive in a transitional season as we did, the heat may be turned off and you might experience mid-50 degree temps in the house. Pack appropriately.
