Scary & stinky. People live long term on the property which has red flags written all over it. The smell in the room was horrible & people were up all night long around us. Seemed as though it was in a bad part of town with very undesirable people all around- cars with broken out windows with tarps over them in the parking lot. Did not feel safe.

The bed stunk, we had to sleep on top of the blankets and bring in blankets for the car. Shower head was moldy so we couldn’t even shower the next day. Staff couldn’t figure out what room to put us in because they didn’t know what room was available. Worst experience ever. I would like my money back.

we are always disappointed when we are informed that our guest are not satisfied with their stay, its a shame nothing was mentioned at all to the management or staff about your issue during your stay, because at least we would have had a opportunity to correct or accomodate you better to insure your satisfaction, we finally located your reservation and noticed it was from back in october 2023, nearly 4 months ago and you are just now submitting this review? this is the first we have heard about your issues concerning your stay, had you addressed your concerns at the time of your stay, we would have happily corrected the issues or issued a refund, because we work very hard everyday trying to improve our business and to make sure our customers are satisfied, as always thank you for your negative outdated feedback and i hope you have a super awesome day!!

Excellent customer service

it was our first time there . Ruby at the front desk was wonderful and super friendly. Max helped me connect to the Internet. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. Stayed for two night. Will definitely go back again. Big Thank you to all that made our stay enjoyable.
