Water in one sink would not drain. Big nuisance!

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the sink not working properly during your recent stay at our hotel. There is no excuse for the shortcoming which you experienced. Although we failed to demonstrate differently, your experience does not, in any way, represent the level of performance of which we are capable and that we provide on a daily basis to our guests. I am only sorry that we failed you in this instance. We regret if this incident may have marred what would have otherwise been an enjoyable visit to Ontario ca.

Great location very close to airport, hotel has a restaurant (Porter Steak House) and a night club (Misty’s Lounge) inside… BIGGEST 👎 to me but not much of a big deal is that the hotel will charge you $17 for parking

As a disabled guest, I sent my wife in to register for us while I remained in the car in the temporary parking space because all three of the non-hotel shuttle disabled spaces were taken. I sent her in with my identification and credit card. The registration clerk would not let her check in, even after speaking to me on the phone. It was only after my wife insisted on speaking to a manager that we were able to check in. I’ve practiced law in this county for 20 years and this is the only time and place that this has ever happened.
