Bon niveau général. Dommage que la restauration soit un peu trop chère et mal maîtrisée (toasts beurrés n’importe comment, commandes imprécises etc…)

This hotel is fine as long as you don't stay on a Saturday night. I was staying in the area for a convention and Wed, Thurs, and Fri nights were fine (although the bed comfort is average at best). Saturday night was a totally different experience. We, unfortunately, had a group celebrating a birthday in the room next to us which was being quite loud. I went to the front desk and explained we were fine with them being loud at the moment (it was 5 pm) until 10 pm, but we had a long day the next day so if they were loud after 10 pm we would call. The front desk was perfect and professional and said to call if we had any issues. The people left about 7 pm and all was quiet again and we went to sleep about 10 pm with no issues. The party decided to come back to the room at 11:30 am and was loud enough to wake us up and we are both pretty heavy sleepers. My wife called the desk and they sent security up. We heard the knock on the door and they quieted down for about 5 minutes before getting really loud again. We made a second call twenty minutes later and were told that "security said the party wasn't as loud as they usually are on Saturdays" and seemed annoyed that we wanted the party stopped so we could sleep. The party continued until past 1:00 am when apparently others besides us next door were also being bothered by the noise. The rooms and hotel are fine but don't expect any help if you actually want to sleep while other rooms are way too loud.

I did not like that the restaurant was closed for an event. I picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and airport shuttle. I knew I was going to be tired from the weekend leadership retreat I had just attended and did not want to go out to eat the night before my early 6am flight. Because it was closed we had to go out. We found a nearby food place but it was awful. The food was so gross we could not eat it. We ended up going to a small convenient store near the food place and grabbed a drink and chips. If you advertise having a restaurant then it should be open to all. Most hotels have a different room for events from the restaurant so all guests can still have it available to them. Everything else was great, just disappointed.

We had to request housekeeping the first day we were there but after that they did a good job. Also, when we left in the morning there was no one at the front desk to check out or give our keys to.
