Très spacieux et très bien équipé, le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et la literie est de bonne qualité. Le parking est un peu loin mais l’utilisation de la voiture n’est pas obligatoire dans ce quartier où tout est à proximité. Excellent pour un séjour entre amis. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Location and clean!

Very quiet and close to the sea and restaurants.
Would go again.

We stayed in the deluxe condo for three nights with our four kids ranging in age from 3-16. The condo had just enough space for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe the entire trip. There were three tv’s which came in handy with four kids to entertain. The kitchen was equipped enough to make simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed being able to stay in for breakfast every morning. The location is great! Took us maybe 5 minutes to walk to Venice beach, and that was with two small children. And from there we rode electric scooters up to Santa Monica. The Parking is a bit of a walk but not bad at all. Check in/out and parking instructions were very detailed and clear, if you read the emails sent by management it’s really a very simple process. We did have to grab some paper towels and soap, but not a big deal because the cvs is a five minute walk from the unit. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location is fantastic. Be sure that you have internet access after booking this property because getting the initial access code requires internet and can be a bit tricky.

The refrigerator was extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was hot inside the unit.

Hello Bryan! Thank you for allowing us to host you in Venice! The AC was not running as you had placed it at 77”- the inside temperature was 65” degrees. In order for the AC to run, it would need to be placed at a lower level from the inside temperature. For example- if the inside temp is 65” it would need to be placed at 64” to run. However 65” degrees is very cold. Thank you for letting us know about the refrigerator. Unfortunately this noise had only started upon your reservation. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
