The General manager was there every day and was very nice. Breakfast was included and typical make your own waffles, hot eggs, biscuits, gravy, juice, cereals, and muffins/ bagels. Coffee and hot water available all day. This is a nice touch as so many only offer coffee with breakfast. 4 floors and only one ice machine in the lobby. Our bathtub faucet handle fell off the last morning. Linen service during our 3 night stay was by request only. They did empty garbage but no other service unless you request it. Over all good places to stay and good location for doing flea markets and wineries in the area within a 20-40min drive. Convenient location right off 64 and not too far into Louisville downtown area.

Dylan was very friendly at check in. The hotel is a little dated. The shower faucet dripped a lot the entire time, which was not noticeable with the bathroom door closed. The heat/AC unit was very noisy and rattled when turning on and off and prevented sleep, until we turned the unit off.
