Very accommodating
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was clean and well organized. He had snacks and drinks for us as a gift for our stay. The beds were comfortable it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend staying. Jonathan was able to amswer any questions and responded quickly to my messages. If im ever in kentucky again i will definitely be staying there again.

Would stay again

Space inside is larger than one would assume by looking at the outside.
Beds were super comfy, sheets were soft - couch wasn’t bad either! 😉
Nice walk in shower.
Towels were provided but no wash clothes so pack according.
Liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided in the shower.
The location was convenient for our purpose. Not far from UofL, didn’t have to pay tolls to get into city. Nice restaurants and a DG store nearby. The only downside to the location was the 3 trains that went through and blew whistle Thursday night, but after that it wasn’t an issue. Communicated with host while there, host was quick with reply and helpful!

Overall fine but couple suggestions
Publié le 26 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere was plenty of room for the size. It would have been nice to have local TV available as well as wash clothes and additional garbage bags. One stool is missing a screw so should repair before someone gets hurt.
Location was good for access to downtown but area a little run down. We didn’t experience any problems.

Great place to stay while visiting the area
Publié le 30 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect for our recent stay for an event in downtown Louisville. Nice sized rooms & layout; liked the updated features. Jonathan was a pleasure to rent from - I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Good location for getting around locally, with stores & restaurants nearby. I loved the historic building across the street & as a female, I felt quite safe while walking around the area.

Publié le 5 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayA nice small house, very clean with comfy beds and everything we needed. Slightly funky street, quiet and good dog walking area. So close to downtown Louisville wedding and the reception in Jeffersonville. We would stay again.
