This place was one of our favorites. The amenities, the staff, everything was great from start to finish. We will definitely try to return here in the future. The shop, the food court, the bars, the speakeasy with the bowling alley....just all top notch.

We tried to check in early and they said we were the first in the queue for 2 hours and then at 3 when our check in time began the room still wasn't ready. When in the room, there was no shampoo and one robe was dirty. Not the end of the world but very frustrating to wait so long after being told our room would be ready shortly. Also while we were waiting for our room we checked out car into valet and ended up getting it to go out somewhere while we waited. When we got to our destination I discovered another guests car keys in my car. I couldn't have imagined what would have happened if I had taken my car the 5 hour drive home and then found them. I was nervous about giving them my car keys again to park my car...
