As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment on the 10th floor, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Loved the location and views.

I loved walking around the bustling town and trendy beach with a walk path back to the hotel through the golf course. Beach has unmatched sunsets. Excellent apartment with washer and dryer combo helped with towels and laundry. The stove top was very cool and efficient. Loved how the water boils instantly and there were all new pots pans, knives,forks, dishes and dishwasher. Basically everything we needed. Sleek building design language. All the appliances were available and they were brand new. Some had stickers on them. We took care of the stuff because it’s beautiful. Brand new building and glass elevators in a safe friendly town. Loved our stay. This year was the best vacation ever.

Nice location

We asked sales manager Michael to provide us with information for purchasing a condo and we never heard back. We followed up several times to no avail. He doesn’t respond to our inquiries and seems like he doesn’t care to sell the condos. Cleaning people do a poor job on windows. Every window was smudged because they were improperly cleaned. Hot water and a little soap could go a long way here Sales team needs to be motivated. Windows were completely filthy. Smudges everywhere could not see out windows during the day because of glares over smudges. We asked for someone to come and clean them and no one ever replied.
