This property is no longer new, you can see the wear in different places…the staff was working hard to get everyone checked in to their rooms and filled our requests for extra towels and bedding promptly.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!

The worst hotel management I have ever experienced! Book elsewhere because this hotel is horrible!!! Ceiling fans dangling from the ceiling not secure. Collection of years of dust coat the walls. Flower pedals from previous occupants still on floors. Had to switch rooms because the hotel over booked. No hot water. No towels. Management doesn’t care to make anything right says if you want go to another hotel!

It’s a great location! But the fact that we were there for a baseball tournament and they were no towels was quite ridiculous! You book out don’t yall think yall should make sure you have extra ready
