Ground floor: kitchen with access to a shaded terrace ideal for outdoor dining, utility room overlooking the garage, living and dining room, featuring a fireplace for cooler evenings, one bedroom for 2 people (one electric bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with relaxation area, one bedroom for 2 people with an electric bed composed of two 75x190cm mattresses, opening onto the balcony, private bathroom (shower/toilet), and one bedroom for 2 people (one 140x190cm bed) that can accommodate an additional guest (one 90x190cm bed) for a fee.
