Room smelled like smoke. Property manager sprayed air freshener that was ineffective

Room smelled of smoke, bathroom was dirty however the linens did appear clean. The staff was unresponsive to rectifying the issues

Noisy. Near the roadway and the neighbors at 1230 am. Breakfast was average.

The entire facility smelled of smoke. The person who checked us in, stood right outside of the door to smoke. The sheets were stained and there was a water leak in the shower. Numerous times during both nights of stay I was afraid of what was happening outside and in adjacent rooms. In no way shape or form will we ever stay there again.

Horrible experience, I asked for a non-smoking room but the room had a horrible cigarette smell, they even tried to put me in another room, but they all had the same cigarette smell! There were still a lot of broken things like the bathroom sink that didn't come out with hot water, the drawer, some dirty things, in short, bad experience, I will never stay at this hotel again!
