The front desk was amazing. Put us in the best possible room for watching the sunrise. Very knowledgeable about the area as well. I will never stay anywhere else in Mackinaw City.

The property lost power for about 12 hours and got denied a partial refund and then explained how our hallway smelled like cigarettes and they didn’t look into it and didn’t show much care.

Stayed here for one night. Friendly front desk ladies. Our room and hotel in general felt pretty clean and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy parking. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but you should! Open until midnight, I believe. Great view! The only improvement thing I would suggest is to add some type of eggs and maybe some yogurt to your breakfast. We will probably be back!

Pool was nice as was the hot tub. Good breakfast and comfy beds.

OK but not great
Publié le 6 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOpen in winter which is nice, with low winter rates, and it’s obvious this once was a top notch place to stay in a cool town, but it’s getting a little worn and in need of simple maintenance in a few areas. Bottom line, not bad and I would probably stay again if rates were reasonable.
