Property was clean and well maintained. No coffee maker or microwave in rooms. Both were available in lobby

I absolutely love this property. It’s all was clean and quiet and the Front Desk Manager Havert is really nice and knowledgeable.

Booked Room and didn't get it

Had plenty of rooms on website but received a phone call from the hotel stating they didn't have any King rooms after I already paid got down graded to two queen rooms but I still paid King room price wouldn't give refund. But the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Savannah and on our way back. The hotel desk staff both times seemed overworked. They weren’t rude but not overly friendly. We had trouble with the TV on our first stay and the front desk staff came up to help fix it as it was complicated. On our return stay, when asked how to work the TV, the front desk staff said they had not been trained on how to use it.
Our first stay, the room was very clean but had a mildew smell in the bathroom.
On the second stay, the room was not very clean, bed was clean but the floor was dirty and had a sticky substance on it which got on our shoes.
The hotel itself is cute and the rooms are decent. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good, the extra hooks in the room are awesome, the tv when working is good, area is convenient, workout room is decent, and the lobby area is nice.
I think if the staff didn’t seem overworked and were trained properly, the hotel could be very good. All in all for the price, it was good.
