Disappointing Stay

It took many calls and talks to receptionist to have them clean the room. Response is very poor. I do not recommend this property as adjacent hotels (Hilton & Shaza and others) are cheaper and superior to it.

We had a nice stay
Publié le 19 juill. 2020 sur HotelsWe had a nice stay. The apartment we had was well kept. Overall, our stay went well except for the confusion we had when we extended our stay. It looks as if the reception staff are in need of more training. The first one we met was really good but we struggled with the rest.

Tattered furniture and Poor services
Publié le 5 mars 2020 sur HotelsTattered(old)furniture,I have booked for 5adults,only drinking glass was provided and I have requested 4 times for more glasses unfortunately never provided.Entrance door lock problem and go back to reception for help ...one of us was sick ..was unable to stand while door lock being open...not house keeping on time ...WiFi was very very poor and even no signals at all.

Visit to Madina is always good. But the comfort, peace and location of this Hotel helped.
