The room we reserved was "not available" when notified by the hotel in the morning, so we were to be put in a different handicap one. When we arrived at 3pm, the "new" room wasn't ready - but the one we HAD requested WAS. So we were given our original choice which was better for us anyway. Go figure. It's a lovely room and much handier than a "regular" room for us older folks. Things are within reach and the grab bars are safer for us.

Good value. Staff was friendly and responsive. Included breakfast was above average with many choices.
Two issues: The in-room safe was inoperative and couldn't be fixed. Hotel management offered us another room, which was a good gesture on their part. Also, the safe is located at the bottom of the room's closet, making access difficult. It should be located higher in the closet.
