The toilet ran all night and needed repair. Sink didn’t drain and was very shallow. Air conditioning ran a lot but didn’t cool off. Lucky the window did open! Staff was polite, helpful and accommodating. Huge facility for conferences but empty for us. Ghost town!

During our stay there was a Pokémon convention taking place downstairs. Overall, a good experience but a bit more crowded than we were expecting. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Nice (and large) gym!
