Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed in many 2-3 star places, this Super 8 should definitely be a 1! It was disgusting. Dirty, holes in walls and bathroom door. Walls look liked they were never wiped or cleaned. Outlet on wall looked burnt like a fire started in it. It didn’t work and the outlet down lower didn’t work. Outside of building was dirty. Toliet bowl brush, debris, cigarette butts all over. First time I ever said don’t put any of our items in the floor and sleep in your clothes on top of bed. I travel a lot! This was the worst ever!!

Publié le 11 févr. 2024 sur HotelsAfter being informed at check-in, room I W’s receiving was recently remolded and one of their best rooms… we walked into room: smelled like cigarette smoke. Lights flicked because of poorly fitted sockets. Dirt was on floor. Television didn’t work. Went back to front desk, no one was available to express concerns. Waited fifteen minutes and needed to return back to room because minors were left in room (not infants or toddlers). Due to the lateness in the evening, we just dealt with the issues. On positive note, there were clean towels.

I had wait for long to get checked in. Then I went to the room and I got this awful stench from the room once I open the door. The bathroom tab and sink were stained. Beddings looked dirty and used. There was hair on the bed and pillows. The AC is loud. I didnt get good sleep. I was disappointed compared with the amount I paid for the room.
