Went to Madison, WI for 2 days worth of medical testing. Got a diagnosis that is less than favorable and now discovered I brought home Bed Bugs from this hotel. So now I not only have to navigate a serious health condition but bed bugs as well. The room appeared to be clean so I didn’t wash all the clothes I didn’t wear while there, I know stupid. I have had to wash everything in my dresser and closet, rugs, bedding and basically my entire house. Definitely will not be staying there again when I go to Madison over the next 6 months for treatment. I’ve told my family not to stay there as well.

The bathroom was filthy and we found cheetos in the bed and dirt and a huge spider under the bed. The walls were dirty as well as the bathtub. Will not stay there again.

Broken window in our room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and wall.
