hotel super mais pas trop pour les francais
Publié le 11 mai 2009 sur Expedial'hotel est d'une grande propreté, le personnel est très aimable,les jardins sont magnifiques, les chambres ont tout le confort nécessaire avec tous les jours des décos de serviettes tres belles.la plage est assez jolie. Les points négatifs sont le faitqu'à 90% il n'y a que des russes et des allemands dans l'hotel tout est fait pour eux.il n'ya aucune traduction en francais même à la télé de la chambre uniquement des chaines en russe et en allemand.Nous étions les seuls francais de l'hotel.L'animation de l'hotel était quasiment néante, et quand il y en avait elle était nulle on pouvait se demander à quoi les animatrices étaient payées.

The rooms, restaurant, beach and Bars were always clean and the employees were very courteous. We are really enjoyed snorkeling. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the sun. The reception was very disinterested in us, there was no open welcome like from other employees of the house. No one at the reception was interested in complaints about the noise from the pool. During the stay I contacted Expedia about the problem with the noise. If I'm sitting at lunch and there's flexing 10 meters away, I find that very questionable. I would go there again but nobody interested.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, alles wird liebevoll in Schuss gehalten. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Essen - keine Probleme mit der Verdauung. Direkte Strandlage, Tauchschule dabei.
Einziges Manko: WLAN sehr schlecht

Vielen Dank für das großartige Service, die vielfältige Speisenauswahl und exzellente Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Einzig das Fitnessstudio würde dringend ein Upgrade brauchen.
