L’hôtel est beau, le personnel est serviable, le buffet et le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable et l’emplacement parfait. Ce qui m’empêche malheureusement de le recommander a 100% est le fait que j’ai eu un problème d’eau chaude pendant tout mon séjour dans un suite du 15 étage. Au prix de la nuit ça fait malheureusement pas très pro.
Hormis ça je le recommande.

+ : Le personnel du petit-déjeuner est excellent.
- : j’ai séjourné 4 jours de plus, et étant habitué à cet hôtel, j’ai été surpris que le service de chambre n’a déposé aucune capsule alors qu’il y avait une machine. Après réclamation, il s’avérait que c’était payant... Étonnant !

+ : Proximité, taille de la chambre et de la suite.
- : ayant connu déjà le service d’autres étages, le 12ème doit s’améliorer (aucune capsule de café alors qu’il y’a une machine, soit disant qu’il fallait les payer...)
