Booking process a nightmare
Publié le 17 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was nice enough though the windows need a good clean - the view was very blurred by the salt build up which is disappointing because that’s what you’re paying for! Oven, couch and window tracks also needed a good clean. Also not sure when the doona covers were last washed... on top of that, the booking process is a complete nightmare. You would think once you’ve booked and paid through stayz that would be it. Nope. You have to then fill out a tonne of forms for LJ Hooker Batemans Bay which are annoying and time consuming and make a second payment through another platform. It also means you end up providing all your personal details and credit card information not once, not twice but three times. Ridiculous.

Absolute Beach frontage cosy Beach House
Publié le 26 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayCosy Beach House right on the Beach with a large covered deck to sit out onto. The house was very clean and even for an older style house, felt recently updated. Everything that you needed for cooking was available.
Only negative was the booking process. My booking sat pending for a number of days and I needed to phone external property agency to follow this up as they did not respond to messaging via stayz. Additionally I ended up having to give my credit card number initially to stayz, then again to to the property manager in addition to sending a screenshot of my credit card. Had I known beforehand that this was to be the case, I probably would not have booked the property. Having to give CC details 3 times should be transparent in the stayz listing.
Besides all that, the staff at property management agency, when I spoke to them where quite pleasant and helpful and I certainly do recommend this property to stay in.

What a dream!
Publié le 3 mai 2021 sur HomeAwayWonderful location with incredible views and only a stones throw from the beach. Well appointed cottage with everything you need. Many hours were spent watching families and their pooches play on the beach and just watching the world go by. Great location and close proximity to all the hot spots. We will definitely be back! A+++
