The management at the property, especially Jessica and JJ, will work to take care of the customer. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to make your stay a 5 star stay. I appreciate all the management and custodians, everyone is so polite. You won’t be disappointed, it is also very safe and quite and in a great location.

Staff carried review
Publié le 15 janv. 2024 sur HotelsAmazing customer service. Some faults with our stay. We could hear our neighbors, small spikes on the rugged area, stains on towels, dirty utensils, and broken keys to our room. Not a perfect stay but we enjoyed it and would come back again because of the staffing.

Candlewoods are a good chain, this location in Manassas is tucked away on a low-key stretch of road between a gas station and an industrial park so if you need anything your driving to get it, unless you use their convenience store.
The property itself is in good shape, and the design of the suites is minimalist and tasteful.
The desk staff was polite but could be more attentive.
The house keeping staff dropped the ball; the couch in my room was a mess with dried on stains. Everything else was clean but that one omission was very weird.
