Keywords: A mesmerizing view, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath oceanfront unit. First floor unit (elevated) overlooks the pool and beach. Beautiful view from the screened porch and living area. Master bedroom has a king size bed with gorgeous views and a french door leading to the screened patio, second bedroom has 2 twins (that can be made into a King) and there is a pull out couch in the living room for guests. We also have a very nice inflatable Queen Bed. Nicely furnished with a tropical decor. Heated pool in the winter months, and a very long sandy beach. The Atlantic Ocean is within steps of this unit. Tennis court. Stairs and elevator. We are also across the street from a paved bicycle trail and right next door to the Coco Plum Beach. The beaches are protected because of the sea turtles and are natural.

Some recent updates... rescreened the condo with a finer (20/20) insect (no-see-um) proof screen system. We also use the Hospitalogy (anti-bed bug) Mattress and Boxspring encasements on every bed. We also provide dishwasher detergent packets, laundry soap packets, dish soap, and hotel shampoo.

The cleanest place I have stayed at and have stayed at a good amount over the years! Todd was an excellent host with all the details of arrival to checkout included. Very quick to respond! Condo was exactly as described and was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay! Location was quiet and relaxing and can’t ask for better views! We will be staying here next time we are in the Keys for sure!!!

Perfect view!

This was the perfect condo! It had a wonderful view, awesome pool and perfect beach for the Keyes! We enjoyed shelling and just relaxing. So close to fun things to do and places to eat! The condo had everthing you need and was very comfortable and the beds were great!

Family trip to Marathon

My husband, 13 year old son and myself had a wonderful week at your condo. Everything we could possibly need for a beach trip was provided, they loved the kayak and I appreciated beach chairs and umbrella being there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in the condo but the local restaurar ants were so good we ate almost every meal out. The pool was perfect and we even played tennis! Thank you for helping us enjoy a week away in your beautiful condo.

Beautiful Water views!

This is a beautiful condo. Right on the Atlantic on Coco Plum beach. The view is amazing, overlooking pool, beach and ocean. Could fish, kayak and snorkel, equipment provided. Be sure to look though the extras closet. Our family of 4 were extremely comfortable. The king size bed was dreamy although my teens said their twin beds were not as comfy. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked dinner twice but restaurants are a short drive and we enjoyed eating out.

Peaceful and quiet

Very nicely laid out, corner unit condo with pool and beach views. We liked being next to the park for long walks on the beach. When booking I thought we'd be able to bike to restaurants but we really couldn't. No fault of the condo, just was expecting to be closer to town. Marathon itself is a great town and in a perfect spot to be able to visit other places such as Key West, Islamorada, etc. We did have some minor maintenance issues that were responded to immediately during our stay.

Great find

We had a great stay. The property was available a couple of hours earlier than we planned, which is always a great surprise. Loved the location of the condo and it is a very quiet place to stay if that’s what you want. Kid friendly. Neighbors are so very kind. The 1D balcony faces south with a view of the pool, beach, and a calm sea that goes forever. You can see sunrise to the left and sunset to the right. The condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous as are the floors. The owners have thought of everything as far as updates and what is supplied to the unit. This includes everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and even ‘little charging stations’ next to the beds. We had a tandem kayak with life vests for all sizes of adults and children which we enjoyed using. Todd Stangl, the owner, is very nice, and great to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again if we get the opportunity.

Perfect Stay!

My husband and three daughters (22, 20 and 17) stayed at the condo from August 6 - August 13, 2022. Todd and Jamie were the perfect hosts! Clearly, it's very important to them that their guests have a wonderful stay. Todd is a very hands-on owner. While Todd and Jamie have a 24-hour local contact, Todd prefers to take care of any problems or requests himself. From the get-go, Todd was very responsive to all of my questions. And, talk about information, Todd was a wealth of it! From restaurants, to things to do, to supermarkets... We didn't have time to do all of the things that Todd recommended! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, and then some. The views were beautiful. And the location was perfect, right in the middle of the Keys. The owners and fellow guests we met were super-friendly. During our week, we went to Aquarium Encounters, rented a fishing/snorkeling charter (I highly recommend Captain Jay's in Marathon), watched the sunset from the 7 Mile Walkway, hung out by the pool and beach, and took a day trip to Key West. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the seaweed. The day before we got to the condo, Todd warned us about it with his apologies. Apparently, it was not typical. It was smelly, but not too bad. Even if we had known about the seaweed ahead of time, it wouldn't have prevented us from staying at the condo. The week went by way too fast! We'll always have the memories! Thank you Todd and Jamie for a perfect vacation!

We stayed at this Condo last week from 07/30/2022-08/06/2022 and had a great experience with the whole trip !! The Condo is at an excellent location & has all the amenities we needed. Todd was very clear and prompt with his communications. There was a lot of sea weed (which Todd had warned us ahead of our arrival) and had some smell because of it; but we kind of got used to it and understood that it is a natural process which usually does not happen in this magnitude during this time of year ! We loved hanging out at the pool and visiting with other travelers & tenants alike ! Being in the middle of the Keys was great so we could go in either direction without driving too long and enjoyed snorkeling in Key Largo & Sombrero Reef, driving 7 mile bridge multiple times during sunset, visiting Pine deer at night and a day trip to Key west !! We even enjoyed and shot a video of Manatees hanging out in the ocean right outside our balcony! Overall it was a wonderful stay for us and would love to re-visit in future. Thank you Todd & Jamie for a memorable experience for our family !

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and the location. The only draw back was the sea grass on the beach next to our unit. I just the would have cleaned it up better so didn’t have to go to the state parks as much. The unit was nice and updated and we had a great time!
