The upper level houses the main living area, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen that beckons both seasoned chefs and culinary enthusiasts alike. On the upper level there is a master suite, graced with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, ensuring a private sanctuary. An additional bedroom awaits with a queen bed, complemented by a full bath in the hallway. Journeying to the lower level reveals another master suite, adorned with a king and twin bed configuration, alongside an en-suite bath. The property has a large commercial ice machine in the pool area as well as a large bait freezer.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property will accommodate more than one boat for an additional fee.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
