Sombrero Beach area of Marathon. Beautifully decorated brand new home, located down the street from Sombrero Beach. This home has a private pool, private dock, fish cleaning station, bait freezer, outdoor TV in a covered patio, gas grill, 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pack n play and High Chair is included. The boating access is great and less than 15 minutes from open water; it has the perfect accommodations and all the toys for a ...fantastic Keys vacation!

This home is on a channel that can take you to several restaurants by boat without going into the ocean or Bay.

The Master has a king-size bed and its own outdoor porch. The first guest room has a Queen, and the other guest room has two Twin beds. The upstairs porch, with plenty of comfy furniture, overlooks the pool and canal!

Enjoy watching TV while grilling, swimming, or relaxing in the hammock! Take the kayaks and paddle boards through the canal to the ocean, or ride the bikes to a local restaurant or down to the beach! This vacation rental has everything you need!

The dock is 42 ft long for you to bring your boat and or jet skis.

The owners have prepared this home so that you can enjoy your vacation to the maximum extent possible. Every amenity is there for your enjoyment.

No Pets

Max Occupancy: 6 - this rule is set by the Owner 2 per bedroom- No Exceptions

You must be 28 or older to rent. (You must be present during entire stay)

Check-in is 4 pm on day of arrival

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.

Beautiful home, definitely recommend

We were a group of two couples and spent a week while doing a lot of sight seeing in the area. The entire home, inside and out was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very relaxing and we grilled food a couple evenings on the patio. The highlight was when we saw a manatee right by the dock!

Wonderful!

The house was just as listed. It was clean, equipped and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee as well as evening cocktails. The pool was wonderful; we did pay to heat it for the week and I would recommend that! The landscaping and privacy provided by such was wonderful. Location is great as it is quick access to Sombrero Beach, the park, Publix, etc. I was concerned the noise of traffic would be problematic but it wasn’t. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed taking it through the canals and to dinner on the water. Enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as the manatee visits :). Would highly recommend this home, it was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, life vests, etc are all an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Simply wonderful!

The property was just what we were expecting. Communication with the property managers was smooth and quick. Kitchen was well-stocked with gadgets and such that made cooking super easy. We loved enjoying the covered patio, hammock, and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Best of Sombrero Beach Road

This property has it all! Great location and amenities. We have rented many VRBO properties on Sombrero Beach Road but this was the best. Everything you could possibly need for a vacation is included and the place is spotless. I highly recommend this property and plan to rent again. Look no further
