This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath half-duplex offers brand new everythingincluding a sparkling new pool! Designed for comfort and style, the open-concept kitchen and living room feature hurricane impact windows with a scenic view down the canal. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen is outfitted with all-new stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and crisp white cabinetry.
The master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated en suite bathroom with both a standard shower head and a relaxing rain shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, with a fully updated guest bathroom nearby. Step outside to enjoy the brand new poolperfect for cooling off after a day on the water. There's also plenty of downstairs storage for all your boating gear, a fish cleaning table, and both water and electric at the dock, making this home an angler's dream. Max boat length at the dock is 35ft**POOL WAS INSTALLED IN APRIL 2025 - WAITING TO GET NEW PHOTOS OWNER OCCUPIED ALL SUMMER**Amenities: wifi, TV, bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge freezer, washer & dryer, fish cleaning station, king sleeper sofa. This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then 2-3 vehicles depending on size and 1 tariler will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. Do not look past this property, A+ all the way around!

We were looking forward to this vacation, because the property seemed ideal for our needs. And I will say, even though the pictures look good, you’ll be blown away in person! I had it in my head that the pull out sofa might not be good based on one prior review. We walked in
 Brand new sectional with the most comfortable bed ever! Every last thing about this property was exceptional! I’m a person that’s always looking for something a little bit better, I won’t be doing that in the future when it comes to the Florida Keys. We will be staying here many more times to come!

Lovely relaxing spot

The house was very nicely decorated and located on a waterway that was great for aquatic wildlife viewing and kayaking. The master bathroom shower is beautiful and the second bathroom is clean and nice. It has roomy outdoor areas both in the sun and shaded with adequate seating for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen contained an adequate assortment of tools and pans to cook at home but is also close to restaurants. When we realized we were short on towels upon arrival, the manager dropped more off right away. Our only criticisms were that the living room sleeper sofa was falling apart. It had wood supports under it and plywood under one of the cushions. When we opened it to make it up there were lots of crumbs in the couch. It was extremely uncomfortable and I would definitely not recommend adults sleeping there. Also, when we moved the coffee table to fold the couch out, it became apparent that the throw rug was very stained and in serious need of shampooing. The mattress in the second bedroom was ok but not great, pillows in all rooms are old and flat. My takeaway is that it's a fantastic place to be during the day but most of us didn't get very good sleep.

Water animals aplenty

We absolutely loved this place. Right on the water. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, manatees and more. The place is clean and updated. Good kitchen supplies. You are near a small airport but that really didn’t bother us too much. Our only recommendation to the owner would be to have a place upstairs that 4 people can eat. The pad downstairs were the table was located has the spout for water drainage and was wet the entire time we were there. We differently would stay there again.

very nice, a bit small for the price

Good location, I usually stay in that area, but have never stayed that close to the airport. A little noisy & could smell the jet fuel. The lagoon was exceptional; manatee, lobster, turtles, dolphins, sharks we has it all in there. Stepped right off the ladder onto a rented paddleboard & we were off.
