Avis Beautiful house with private pool, firepit, & outdoor TVs - near several beaches

Such a wonderful place for a family vacation!

We enjoyed the house, plenty of room for our group. We traveled with young children, so having a kitchen, laundry and quiet nap areas was a must for us. Great bunk room for the kids, and was a plus that this house was set up with plenty of toys for our kids to enjoy in the den. Laundry machine should be cleaned and maintenance, but was nice to throw in a couple loads as needed. House was clean on arrival but we were disappointed with the outside amenities. The landscaping, fencing and outdoor areas could use some TLC. The pool was very dirty and needs better maintaining - there was mold in the pool, and we didn't let the kids swim. Its a beautiful pool, and really is a shame but needs to be maintained once a week for proper care. There is absolutely NO SHADE outside anywhere, which is a necessity during spring break in Florida with kids, so we weren't able to enjoy the outside patio or pool much. The fencing is broken and needs repair.

We were so thrilled with this house. It was spacious, immaculate , and nicely decorated. It is 5-10 minutes from the resorts (where our other family was staying), so it was perfect. There is a few options for groceries within a mile. We would recommend this house!

Good location, could be a gem but needs renovation (new furniture). A general handbook in the house for operation of the pool for instance - the pool turned off during a cold spell, turned green. Bathtub did not run away properly, garage door was an issue, one chair in living room was broken. It also would have been helpful to have a local person to run things by. Vacasa was responsive but not local. General comments would be good location, roomy but run-down.

Everything was good. House was clean and fully equipped. Useful location. We had a lot of fun! Perfect for family vacation!
