Great Family Home

Everything was amazing!!! Only issue was with dryer but fixed immediately. Great location. Plenty of pool and beach equipment. Highly recommend!!!!

Vacation 2023

Perfect Vacation. The House was amazing. Great Location close to everything. Pool and Spa were perfect when we didnt want to go to the beach . We loved everything about this place. Definitely will return.

Family vacation

This house was fully equipped with anything you needed. House was well laid out and provided ample space for our family. Pool was nice. We had a couple of issues with AC and rats outside but the management company was excellent to work with and responded quickly. After we contacted them we had no further issues with either. If I had to make any suggestions, they would be to replace the couch as it was pretty dirty and following up with your cleaners. The house and pool area were also dirty with floors and bathrooms not clean, old q-tips on floor and large dead bugs in bedrooms and also have your pest control spray for roaches inside regularly. At night they did come out in the kitchen. It is Florida and we all know they are a problem. Some of the reviews stated the busy road was annoying with the noise but we did not see it was an issue. All in all I would recommend the house. We enjoyed our time there and location is great!

We are also glad that our office rectified the issue with the A/C and the rodents in a timely manner. We are currently looking into replacing that sofa in the living room. We have had it professionally cleaned on a consistent basis but it is showing wear and tear at this point. We wish that you would have reached out to our office regarding the cleanliness as we could have returned our cleaners to take care of any neglected areas. Just for your information, there is a professional pest control company that services the home on a quarterly basis. It is a good sign when insects turn up dead because that means the treatment is working that is sprayed around the perimeter of the home. WE ARRIVED ON SATURDAY, HOUSE IN NICE CONDITION-NOT REAL HAPPY WITH THE POOL AREA THAT HAD 1 LONGE CHAIR BY THE POOL AND NOT A LOT OF ROOM AROUND THE POOL AREA-WE PAID TO HAVE THE POOL AND TUB HEATED WHICH I THINK IS WRONG. WE HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY FOR A FEW THINGS SUCH AS A BLENDER WHICH THEY BROUGHT TO US. THE ICE CUBE MAKER DIDNT WORK AND THEY COULDNT FIX IT. THE HOUSE IS ON THE MAIN ST AND VERY LOUD. IT APPEARS A REAL ESTATE OFFICE IS RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE WHEN ITS NOT RENTED. WE CALLED FOR MORE LOUNGE CHAIRS BUT THEY NEVER BROUGHT THEM. I RENT IN MARCO EVERY YEAR AND WOULD NEVER RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN. LAST THING IS THE OUTDOOR PATIO AREA HAS RATS WALKING AROUND AT NIGHT AND WAS NERVE RACKING TO SAY THE LEAST

We understand that you encountered a couple issues during your stay which as soon as our office was informed, they immediately contacted the appropriate vendors to handle those issues. We had a new lounger delievered to the property and a professional appliance company come out to replace the icemaker. We do apologize about the rodent encounter; however, we sent out pest control and they performed a full exterior and interior treatment which eradicated the activity. Noticed multiple ants in upstairs bathrooms and kitchen. 1st floor bathroom toilet (off of pool) ran a lot. Toilet in master bathroom at top of steps ran a lot.

Underwhelmed

Property is in poor condition. Linens very stained and worn out. Some had holes. Carpets were very soiled with pet and other stains. Property manager did not return phone call regarding access to front door when we arrived. Luckily the back door was unlocked so we were able to access the property that way. The entire stay we code not unlock the front door using the access code. Bushes were so overgrown we had trouble walking on the front path the enter the house We arrived to a ton of garbage from previous guests and received an email telling us if we didn’t bring the garbage to the curb we would be fined. We did not go on vacation to put out someone else’s garbage. What’s worse is it appears as if other neighbors also put their garbage in the garbage pails on the property. The pictures that were taken of the home and posted on the web were obviously taken many years ago and grossly exaggerate the condition of the property.I would not recommend this property or this property manager. Lastly the home had worms as did the pool which was not very clean our entire stay.

Dear Lorraine, thank you so much for taking your time to leave us feedback about your stay. We are so sorry that you felt the photos of the home you stayed at did not accurately represent the property. This is a newer home in our inventory, and the photos were taken less than 6 months ago. We would be very interested to understand what was different other than the new sheets and towels that were added, especially since we did not hear anything about this from you until now. We did not hear about any of the things during your stay that you have mentioned in your review, and we wish you would have contacted us to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation. The home is serviced by a professional pest control company quarterly and they can come out at any time to do an additional spray. We believe you may mean that the "worms" were outside on the lanai since the home is serviced regularly and any insects that made it to the interior die right away. The pest control sprays outside as well, but it is Southwest Florida in the summertime, we are in a very tropical area and it is impossible to assure there are no pests in the outside lanai areas. Regarding the items in need of repair, we would have been happy to send out a handyman right away to rectify any issues. The houses are inspected before and after guest's arrivals to assure that any necessary repairs are completed before guest's arrivals, but if you felt something more was needed, we would have been happy to make it right. The house is professionally cleaned by a cleaning company each week, but we have also just scheduled a professional carpet cleaner on top of their cleaning due to your recommendation. We have done research into your file to see what happened with the trash. When the larger homes that sleep 12 people or more are rented, we have been experiencing a problem with guests not putting the trash bins out on the designated trash days. This results in the new guests arriving to full and over flowing trash bins left by the previous guests. In an effort to resolve this, we make sure to order extra trash and recycle bins for all of our houses and we send out a reminder email to the guests letting them know to put the trash out the night before pick up day. Since your party did not put the trash bins out on the designated days, there was an abundance of trash left behind for the next arriving guest. We had to pay a vendor to go out to the home last minute on a weekend to remove all the excess trash. We do not like to charge the guests for the excess trash, but we have to cover the cost of hiring the vendor to go out and remove the trash that was not taken out, we make no profit out of this charge.
