We're proud to welcome you to our completely remodeled condo in the Sea Winds building, located on the 7th floor, with absolutely beautiful unobstructed 180° beachfront, ocean views. It provides 2 full-private bathrooms, with the master bathroom having double vanity sinks, which no other condo in Sea Winds has! The remodel was completed at the end of October 2022. More than 125 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers! Book with confidence.

- LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. It’s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile (14 buildings) from the JW Marriott, as well.

-THE LIVING ROOM has a large comfy couch, which converts to a Queen pull out sleeper. A large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). Patio sliders have electronic "black out shade", which is so nice when the sun blazes in!! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it. 😊

-THE KITCHEN has a FLOOR TO CEILING PANTRY, which is a rare find, providing more storage for your personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; Calphalon pots, pans, bakeware, a 12-Cup coffee maker, a Single Serve Keurig, a blender, knife block, a large electric griddle, and toaster. You'll find kitchen soap, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.

-THE MASTER BEDROOM: has a comfy Queen bed, with an on-suite private bathroom, with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and another large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). The slider has an electronic "black out shade” in here too! Draw the shade to stay cool, or to sleep in late! A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.

-THE MASTER BATHROOM: provides DOUBLE VANITY SINKS! Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value for your comfort.

-THE GUEST BEDROOM: has 2 Twin beds, with a private on-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and a 32” flat screen Smart TV, for streaming NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, OR HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). This bedroom also has a "black out shade" on the window, which is really great for taking "naps" or for just sleeping in late. A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.

-BATHROOMS: each bathroom supplies towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries and sunscreen. 🏖☀️

- LAUNDRY ROOM: A new full sized stackable washer & dryer are inside the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best.

- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use include beach 5 chairs, an umbrella & beach towels for your days basking in the sun at the white sandy beach!

There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants count as a "person" and are to be included in the reservation.

Saturday-Saturday, 7-Night Minimum Rental.

-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking.

WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.

-TURTLE SEASON is from May1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

Sea Winds Marco Island

The place was very clean and very nice. The host did an excellent job with communication and providing information on what the light switches do and QR codes for the TV and entering and leaving instructions. Great place to stay. And great location.

A great place to stay on the island.

The unit at Sea Winds is absolutely wonderful. The property was well cleaned upon arrival and stocked with plenty of linens including beach towels. There was also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon. There was also supplies to play tennis and pickleball available in the storage closet. Communication with owner was fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating. The whole family had lots of fun swimming in the pool and the beach was wonderful. The views from the condo of the ocean and sunset cannot be beat. Looking forward to coming back for many many years!

Great Condo in Marco Island!

Amazing Vacation

This condominium has the BEST views of the beach and sunsets. Once you get past the view, the rest of the condo is beautiful too. We had everything we needed and they thought of a lot of really helpful extras (cooler for the beach, refillable water flasks, every kitchen appliance, plenty of things for the beach and to play tennis or pickleball.). The location is really nice because it is on a less busy end of the beach but you can still walk or bike to so many restaurants and other places. Tracy was reachable for anything we needed or had questions on. She even took the time to write out a really good list of things to do and places to eat. All of the things she recommended were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again..

A lovely condo in a great location!

What a lovely and comfortable condo! It was super clean and had everything you might need to make your stay perfect. It has been updated beautifully and the balcony overlooking the Gulf is incredible! Tracy and Mike were great hosts and responded immediately when I asked some questions. They were truly wonderful. We’ve stayed in Marco 6 different times, and this was our favorite place of all.

Simply Outstanding!

This unit is "Simply Outstanding" What you will find is a very updated unit the owners spared no expense on. With top-shelf appliances, all the pots and pans match and are in new condition, in addition to quite a stocked spice cabinet. The unit is incredibly equipped with everything to make your visit very enjoyable, really too many to mention, and the little notes around the unit take all the guesswork on how everything works and where it goes. The Bath and Body Works items are also a very nice touch.The owners are very responsive to every question you might have, really good people!In addition to all this, you have an incredible 7th floor ocean front view it doesn't get any better!

Little Piece of Heaven

This property is absolutely fantastic. Newly renovated, the homeowners have gone out of their way to make this condo beautiful. The kitchen is up to date and fully stocked, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable with superior bedding. The bathrooms have been updated to include high end tile decor, roomy showers with rain-style shower heads and attractive vanities. The dining area and cozy living room were pleasant as well. And I can't forget location, location, location. A few steps to the private pool or down to the beach only made this home more attractive. And the ocean front balcony, which is fully furnished, made enjoying the sunset over the water every evening the highlight of our day. The homeowners were so accommodating and friendly, and kept in contact with us throughout our vacation to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we did not need for anything. I would highly recommend this rental and intend on returning!

Fantastic Stay at SeaWinds on Marco Island

Everything about this property was top notch! The space was adequate for our family of 5, kids 6,8,12. The location was superb, walking distance to restaurants and a few shops, otherwise everything else was a short 2-5min drive. The property was very well maintained, beautifully updated (especially compared to the building itself), and was well stocked with everything from pots/pans, etc to all of your beach needs (chairs, towels, foldable wagon). The VIEWS from this property were SPECTACULAR. Sunrises and Sunsets, the sounds of the waves crashing, dolphins playing every morning and evening - it absolutely checked every single box for us. This was our first trip to Marco and will definitely be back! Check-in and check-out process was fine, had communication with the owners from day 1, but plenty of communication about expectations and things to do well before our trip. Job well done by the owners and management team. We can’t wait to go back!
