Dirty hotel
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HotelsDirtiest hotel i have ever been to! Do not recommend. Piles of trash on overflowing trash cans as you walk thru front door. Nobody at front desk. Had to call a number and out comes the girl wearing rubber gloves which she never removed while checking us in. (Gross). Elevator door stainless door visibly dirty. Room bathtub had hair in it and did not drain. Bathroom mirror was dusty and smeared. Door inside lock was broken. Lamp and wire were super dusty.towels were stained.
I think the front desk lady has to clean and work the front desk. Everything looks run down and dirty!

Horrible
Hotel has not been kept up at all, broken appliances, stopped up toilet, dirty and uncomfortable...Management/owners need to do a much better job or just demolish it

I've stayed here many times, always a positive experience. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. My only issue - which is NOT the fault of the property - is the lack of water pressure and hot water. This is a known issue with the city.

The manager quoted a charge of $68.57 had I not used Exoedia.
The room had the fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling--the support rod in the shower had one end pulled out of the wall--there was a large spot of mold around the bathtub- I was ssigned room 204 and later discovered that the keys were for room 201.The door was ajar when I arrived so no key was needed. YEP! This should have been the clue to ask for another room.The beds were made, but there were missing towels in the bathroom, the front of the frig looked like it had been dragged overr gravel--I was too tired from my journey to request another room. As to breakfast--There was only milk and cereal, but no spoons. I ate cereal with a plastic fork. I am requesting a refund.

First of all I was charged three times and God knows if I’ll get a refund. Toilet was damaged and water had no pressure. Vending machine was out of service.
