I paid extra for the jetted tub and it did not work at all it was very disappointing to say the least

Relaxing Stay
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was easy, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I had a relaxing evening. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the eggs and bacon. Coffee was good.

Stampede of Children, slamming doors and no help
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI came up there for the weekend for Valentine’s Day with my husband. We wanted to hit the casino and relax and enjoy. Instead, we got woken up at 6 AM on Saturday and 5-5:30 Sunday by loud kids and when I told someone about the loud noise on Saturday night I was informed that he already handled it but the noise continued kids was rubbing the halls, parents was in the lobby drinking beer I just didn’t enjoy my time away from my reality (im a mom of 4) I had a family member watch my children. The room was nice, breakfast was not the best but we went to dennys instead. Just had to many kids running the halls and doors slamming and all the above!

Old hotel renovated so looks like other from brand but major issue are bathroom, they were just partially refreshed.
