HÔTEL ET STAF TRÈS BIEN L INCONVÉNIENT EST QUE L HÔTEL,ORGANISE AUSSI DES MARIAGES LE WEEK-END LES INVITÉS ARRIVENT DE TOUS LOMBOK À PARTIR DE 5 HEURES DU MATIN S INSTALLENT À LA PISCINE ILS NE RÉSPECTENT PAS LES CLIENTS ET IL EST IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR. ET LE STAF DE L HÔTEL,NE FAIT ABSOLUMENT RIEN POUR CADRÉR ÇA ! D AUTANT PLUS NOUS AVIONS LA SALLE DE CÉRÉMONIE,AU DESSUS DE LA CHAMBRE ! DANS LA JOURNÉE,NOUS AVONS VOULUS ALLER À LA PISCINE NOUS DÉTENDRE. MALHEUREUSEMENT LA PISCINE EST INTÉRDITE AUX BIKINIS. LES CLIENTES SE BAIGNENT EN MAJORITÉ EN BURKINIS. DOMMAGE CAR C EST UN BÉLLE HÔTEL,EST LE PÉRSONÉL EST TRÉS BIEN FORMÉ !

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a good price. Our room was excellent and pretty clean. The hotel itself is very well-kept and clean. The lobby and restaurant area is very nice. Staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty options for everyone. We liked it so much we ended up extended our stay. If we come back to Mataram this is definitely where we will stay!

Acceptable Stay

Room has ants crawling on the table from time to time. Accidentally had water patch on the side table and after house keeping, the water patch was still on the side table, so I think that goes to show how much the housekeeping does in each room. Wall was quite thin as I could hear next door room's television during bedtime.
