車移動が前提のビジネスホテル

ルートインは車移動を前提にしているので、何処も駅からは遠い。歩ける距離ではあるが、キャリーバックなど荷物が有ると少々大変かもしれない。大浴場は良い。朝食ブッフェは普通。塩尻の場合はタクシーが少ないので、翌朝の予約は前日にとの注意書きが有った。実際10時前の予約は出来なかった。

チェックインの段取り/駐車場の管理/その際の従業員の態度

ホテル前駐車場になんの理由かしらないが停車したまま動かない車が数台。ホテル敷地内に入ってしまったので身動きが取れず。従業員による整理が明らかに必要。原因が従業員側にあるのか、クルマで来た宿泊客にあるのかわからないけれども、整理をするのは従業員の役目のはず。改善急務。 チェックインも大渋滞。改善急務。 結果、客を不要に待たせることになっても、従業員側に申し訳ないという気持ちなし。ここは最低。 ほかは問題なし。
