Open floor plan that is perfect for large groups of family and friends, including game room for adults and kid. Spacious home with large outdoor deck and fire place on 1 acres of property. This home has been described as a home away from home. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Just a 1 min ride or 10 min walk to Northampton beach on The Great Sacandaga lake. Whether your adventure is on the water, on the snow or on the mountain, this house is in the middle of it all. Marina close by.

The space
In the hearth of Lake Sacandaga and Adirondacks parks, lots for hicking trails and lots of summer and winter activies. Beautiful in the fall and spring time. Lots of bar, restaurant and grocery stores around. Walking distance from beautiful Northamton beach/park/campground. Lots of activities for adults and kids to do indoor. Large yard space.

Guest will be able to access all 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath rooms and one half bath, kitchen and dinning room, nice big open deck, outside fire place, entertaining room with pool table, game room with foos ball table, ping pong table and nintendo game.

The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with overflowing and stinky trash cans from the previous guests right near the front door. Flies and bees swarming. The host said they would come pick up the trash but it remained throughout our entire stay. The back yard was nothing like the pictures; overgrown, weeds covering the fire pit, half the chairs. The description mentioned a 10 minute walk to the beach; it was a minimum of 25 minutes, on a highly used road with no sidewalks. And it is public and charges per vehicle. The foosball table was broken and a mouse ran through the kitchen while we were cooking dinner. Overall, my family and I were disappointed, and absolutely wished we had found another property.

This was our second time staying at this property for an anual get together with friends. The house is extremely spacious, great location, very clean with everything needed. A Highly recommend. We will be booking it again for next year.

Great value

House was clean and well equipped. The bunk beds were a hit and made it easier for 2 families to share the house. Location was convenient to Northville and lake. Hosts were very responsive and even arranged for us to pick up an item we left behind. Would stay there again next summer .

Wonderful!

A+++ this house was wonderful. Weve been coming to the area every year since 2017 and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Very clean, excellent amenities, exactly as represented and excellent communication from the host. The location is perfect. Right down the street from the northville campground and sport island restaurant. Highly recommended. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome place

Loved the house. There were 12 of us and it was perfect. Love the pool table, ping pong and foosball. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the firepit for the cool NY nights. Highly recommend this house

My friends and I enjoyed this home and look forward to coming back and making new memories. We had all our kids with us and they loved all the games in the house. That’s a big plus. Kitchen and pantry was well stocked. The owner of this home is very very pleasant. The lake/beach is walking distance from the home. A lot of places to eat within the area. Wonderful stay

We had a great stay here with the whole family. The Northhampton Beach is just a short walk or drive and the house was beautifully appointed. Very dedicated and communicative owners. We hope to stay again soon!

Relaxing place for a week of work out of town.

We rented this place cause we where in the area for work. The place was a great place to come back to and relax for the evenings. Had some games to play if you wanted and a couple large TVs. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area again.

A fun weekend in a great house!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The property is perfect for larger groups and would comfortably fit three or four families. The kitchen was well stocked and our teenagers loved both the ping pong table and the pool table. The house is very well situated for both summer and winter activities as there is a huge lake close by and you are a short drive away from Lapland Lake Cross Country Ski and Vacation Center, where you can try snowshoeing, tubing, cross country skiing and other activities. The owners were very responsive throughout our stay and went above and beyond after we had left, returning at their expense some property left by one of our teenagers.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at the house, it is very specious. Kids had great time in the game rooms. The only thing I would suggest is more kitchen dishes, glasses and pots. Overall, good stay and we would recommand this property.
