Everything was awesome, just the breakfast buffet they offer is 6 they can do better with that great kitchen they have. We joined dinner and brunch and plates where great deserving of hotel and prices where also great. Room Service lady was so kind and pleasant. Room was beautiful everything worked no problems There’s a questionable thing every time you don’t clock your card in door No power so the clock by bed would always restart is that a thing? Overall Hotel is a 10 except breakfast sorry

The Hotel is great in Cleanliness, Staff Pool is a great size Clean but cold not temperatured if cold. Buffet is 5 Five thumbs down seen , ate better at a low quality inn breakfast included they can do better because they work of the restaurant that’s for the Night Dinners And Dinners were exceptional. It’s as they don’t want to invest on the Free Breakfast. Beautiful Views a 10 on views and Service staff

The staff tried to charge us for our service dog despite the website and Holiday Inn’s worldwide policy that they don’t charge for service dogs. It was very stressful. They finally acquiesced but still required us to leave a damages deposit (which we agreed to obviously). Other than that it’s a clean, modern hotel. The noise from the street is crazy. Allll night long. For that reason alone I wouldn’t recommend. Unless you’re into that party scene of course. We left too early in the morning to try the breakfast. Generally speaking the staff was very night. Unfortunate the manager on hand didn’t speak English and ended up calling the GM of the hotel.

I had a great time during my extended stay. The staff were fantastic whenever I needed something or even just to greet me and check if I needed anything. The hotel is right across from the Malecon which is awesome to walk or jog in the mornings and evenings . There's a nice Starbucks within a 4 min walk and other restaurants. The Free breakfast was great too. So refreshing to have breakfast facing the ocean.. they have a little kiosk downstairs where you can buy soft drinks and snacks..it was very convenient. The Free coffee and tea in the lobby area was a bonus. Overall, I had an excellent experience and they even called me a taxi to the airport. Felt super safe and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back...

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was in order and the staff went beyond the norm to help me navigate through Mazatlan and its many activities. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The breakfasts included were delicious and there was a good verity of options.
