Ocean Residence -Entire House

Fabulous.... new ...3 story house, in a gated ..full security, beach community.
It has 4 bedrooms, with 4 full beautiful bathrooms, and 2 half baths,for a total of 6 .
There is also a bunk bed with 2 regular mattresses and a twin mattress.
Each BR. has it's own lock box, and air conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen,
4 tv's with wi-fi, & Netflix. The roof top has a fabulous new outdoor kitchen, it has two grills, one gas.... one carbon, a double sink, with exotic granite counter tops.
A full refrigerator, jacuzzi, mood lights, stereo, blue tooth speakers..
with ocean, and mountain views... and great camera shots!
Common area has 2 pools, a regular... and an infinity, with a hot tub.
Two palapas with tables, another palapa for events...there is also a tennis court.
The ocean is right on the back of the complex. It is also guarded!
Next door is Mr. Leonso's famous restaurant, with great prices, and nightly entertainment, and right on the ocean!
A block away, is a shopping area, with more wonderful restaurants!
No need for a car... the bus stop
Enjoy Surfing, and Amazing Sunsets!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is in a beautiful gated community just steps away from the beach and pool, which made it feel like a private little getaway. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation spot, this is perfect—far enough from the busy areas to truly unwind.The home itself was ideal for our family, with plenty of space, comfortable rooms, and lots of beds for everyone. It really felt like a home away from home. There’s also a small market just outside the community and a few restaurants within walking distance, which made things super convenient.The only small thing we wished for was a few extra towels, so I’d recommend bringing some just in case. Overall, we had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!

Beach view was obstructed because they are building a couple of high rise buildings on the beach. The infinity pool was full of debris and was only half filled. Host and check-in was amazing very easy to work with and easy to get ahold of.

Shirley, our host, was awesome. She was a clear communicator and very helpful. She helped us arrange transport from the airport, as well as arrange a cleaner for the house. There are no grocery stores close by, but there is an Oxo within walking distance. There was air-conditioning in every room. The rooftop patio was excellent for gathering to play games or to eat meals. There was a working barbecue, which we used on the rooftop patio.

Communication was wonderful. We had some issues with not having enough towels and extra sheets for cushion beds but they came and brought us more. The only thing I’d say is it’s not 5 bedrooms if you are coming prepared for that. The triple bunk bed is at the top of the steps. We loved our time here. The ocean was magical and so close.

Fun family trip

We loved our stay at Shirley’s Casa! We were a family of 9 adults and 2 infants. Bertha found us two cribs and a high chair for the babies-what a wonderful touch! Julia cleaned the whole home once while we were there and she also did a great job ensuring we had groceries upon our arrival so we could cook dinner after our day of travel. Super close to the beach and pools. It was unfortunate there is construction happening right beside the property, but they can’t do anything about that. Lots of transportation options to get in to town! Fabulous trip! Thank you Shirley, Bertha and Julia! You were so easy to communicate with!

Witches Beach vacation

House is beautiful and close to beach and great restaurants. Enjoyed the area and bus stop right outside property made it easy to explore the downtown and MalecĂłn areas. Shirley was fantastic to work with.

Christmas in Mazatlan

Lovely property in gated community. Property had all the amenities you could ask for. Property managers were quick to respond, and reached out several times to check on us. Location is a bit far from the golden zone, but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, then this is your place. Right near the beach, and a short walk to some nice restaurants. I will say this is a 4 bedroom. The double beds are in a hall and not a separate closed off bedroom.

Family Getaway

Property is spacious and suited our needs for 11people. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and transportation is easily accessible. The property manager and cleaning lady were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay comfortable. There is a lot of growth happening in Mazatlan. Construction going on everywhere including this area. The large twin towers being erected beachfront sadly depleted the beautiful ocean view for all the residents in the area. The beach view from the infinity pool is awesome and makes up for the construction next door. At the moment the construction makes the rooftop area very dusty, there’s workers noise starting early in the morning and unfortunately (out of the owners control) debris in the infinity pool. This time most of our fun in the sun was spent on the beach (which is great for children) versus pool side.

Amazing place for family reunion

It was nice to spend time with my large family in 1 home. So much space for everyone. When we got there we had an issue with the fridge and 1 ac but right away the issue was fixed so I will keep the 5 stars. The house had amazing AC which is great with the MazatlĂĄn heat. For sure will be booking again. Shirley and Bertha were great!

Muy bonita casa. Muy buenas las instalaciones y la alberca. Muy buen trato de los guardias muy atentos. Playa muy cerca y muy bonita. Todo muy bien solo un detalle de la pĂĄgina. Hay una confusiĂłn en la pĂĄgina. Solo son 4 recĂ maras. Las literas estĂĄn en el pasillo y no hay oficina, solo son 3 colchones en un closet. Como Ă©ramos un grupo grande contĂĄbamos con la privacidad de las recĂĄmaras y pues no fue lo mejor. El trato de Shirley y Bertha excelente.

Great house right on the beach!

I recently stayed at Shirley's place for a family reunion and to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. The house provided a comfortable and enjoyable space for our special occasion. The upstairs terrace, in particular, was a fantastic gathering spot with a nice view. Communicating with Shirley and her host was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed being right on the beach, allowing us to take walks and appreciate the beautiful MazatlĂĄn coastline. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting MazatlĂĄn, especially those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city noise. It made our family celebration truly memorable.

Beautiful House and Great Service.

The house is beautiful and elegant. The owner and people who clean the house are great people. This listing is real so no need to worry about getting scammed. It's a clean, private neighborhood. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. Plenty of bedrooms for you and family/friends. I would recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.
