Card keys did not work and hated leaving luggage in hallway & having to find my way back to lobby thru maze of hallways to get working card keys. The complimentary breakfast made up for frustration. Ac did not work, but since night was cool, we did not bother to report it. I love the architecture of the hotel & history but it does not some updates in rooms.

I requested a patio and a roll in shower and I initially got placed on a normal room. After realizing I asked the front desk gentleman in which he a very positive attitude and got me a patio room but with no roll in shower as I had prepaid for. The gentleman was very apologetic and looks like Expedia did not communicate specifics on the prepaid room. I have a medical condition and my wife, had trouble when it came to take a shower. Expedia please fix your communication with the hotel l. The staff was great no complains on their end whatsoever.
